Normal Hours Pick Up - Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine)

TERMINAL 1 - QANTAS DOMESTIC FLIGHTS

  1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
    1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
    2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 3 9338 0183) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
  2. From the Baggage Claim area in Terminal 1, exit the terminal using the doors opposite baggage carousel #2 and cross the road at the first pedestrian crossing.
  3. Turn right and you will see a sign for “Hotel & Off Airport Buses”
  4. Follow the walkway around until you are opposite the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (Terminal 2). You should see a large sign with “MELBOURNE” in lights inside Terminal 2.
  5. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.

    TERMINAL 2 – INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

    1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
      1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
      2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 3 9338 0183) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
    2. From the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 2, walk towards Terminal 3 (T3) and exit the terminal using the main doors
    3. Cross the first pedestrian crossing and turn left.
    4. Follow the sign for “Hotel & Off Airport Buses”
    5. Follow the walkway until you are opposite the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (T2). You should see a large sign with “MELBOURNE” in lights inside Terminal 2.
    6. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.

      TERMINAL 3 – VIRGIN AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC FLIGHTS

      1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
        1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
        2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 3 9338 0183) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
      2. From the baggage claim area in Terminal 3 (T3), exit the terminal via the main doors.
      3. Turn left and proceed to the pedestrian crossing outside the main doors for T2 & T3.
      4. Cross the first pedestrian crossing and turn left.
      5. Follow the signs for “Hotels and Off-Airport Buses”.
      6. Follow the walkway until you are opposite the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (T2). You should see a large sign with “MELBOURNE” in lights inside Terminal 2.
      7. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.

        TERMINAL 4 – JETSTAR, TIGER, AND REX DOMESTIC FLIGHTS

        1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
          1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
          2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 3 9338 0183) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
        3. From the baggage claim area of Terminal 4 (T4), exit through the main doors and turn left.
        4. Walk past Terminal 3 (T3) and proceed to the pedestrian crossing outside the main doors for T2 & T3.
        5. Cross the first pedestrian crossing and turn left.
        6. Follow the signs for “Hotels and Off-Airport Buses”.
        7. Follow the walkway until you are opposite the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (T2). You should see a large sign with “MELBOURNE” in lights inside Terminal 2.
        8. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.
