Brilliant - 5 stars had no idea about car hire companies in Australia, but after a frantic search online the day we were leaving the uk, found Apex, arrived in Sydney and nothing but trouble with the car hire firm there, was pleased to leave it at the airport!! In Brisbane it was a total contrast, no add ons, so no arguments! so easy to deal with, the car was comfortable, service great! can't fault them at all, made the second part of out holiday hasstle free!! will definately use again on the next trip!! Very happy that we chose Apex - 5 stars Online booking was easy and all inclusive which is handy when crossing toll roads, no nasty surprises, but the car originally booked was not available due to other customers extending their hirage but that was lucky for us as Apex upgraded us to the next model for FREE. wonderful people to deal with, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which is also an inlcuded option.
